In my personal opinion NRaas is one of, or the best modder of The Sims 3. NRaas makes mods that drasticly improve the artificial intelligence (AI) of the computer-controlled characters. His mods cover big issues and personal pet peeves that you may have. The link to his website where you can download his mods is here.
Go to the official Nraas master controller website. On the official website, you can install the Nraas nav Sims 3 properly. Click on the Download button. On the page, you should be able to locate the latest patch and then download the file. The file will then be downloaded to your PC.
For anyone still having trouble with a very laggy Sims 3 CAS , Nraas Mods are a must. Even if you don't like to mod your game these are essential in order to cut down on those frustrating create-a-sim loading times. search for Nraas Sims 3 mods download the mod(s) called MasterController and on that same page find the one called Intergration
Download this file and extract it into your Document > Electronic Arts > Sims 3 folder on your PC (this path should be the same for Origin and Steam downloads). In your Sims 3 folder, there will now be a new “Mods” folder, with “ Overrides ” and “ Packages ” folders inside. These folders are where your mods will go.
Changes made to the relationship reconcilation portion of the transition to stop it bouncing if one of the sims is missing Enabled seasons while on vacation. Change the seasons options via the EA Options window, they are specific to the world you are playing.
